Jack Boyles
Jack Boyles is the man!  Not only is he a Realtor but he also owns J. Boyles Appraisals, LLC, and is a Certified Residential Appraiser licensed in the States of Connecticut and New York.  This means he can not only help you find the perfect home but basically can tell you the value pretty much straight away.

He is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute and has been teaching introductory Appraisal classes for prospective Real Estate Brokers at the Real Estate University in Wilton since 2005.
 
He is on both the FHA and Employee Relocation Appraiser rosters and has also gained certification to perform Land/ Residential Municipal revaluations for assessment purposes in the State of Connecticut.

He is a lifelong resident of Fairfield County, CT, (but we won’t hold that against him) and currently lives in Wilton.
